RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Maison SOLEYNA, your satisfaction is important to us.

Return period:
Any return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Non-eligible items:
For hygiene and product-protection reasons, certain worn or damaged items cannot be refunded.

Refunds:
Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Return shipping costs:
Unless the error is ours or the product is defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
